Adverse Reaction
1. Intestinal flora disorder. It is very common in tetracycline, it will cause a lack of vitamins for light, and re-infection is caused if worse. Tetracycline has broad-spectrum control over equine enterobacteria, drug tolerance salmonella, and unclear nosophyte cause secondary infection, then lead to severe even fatal diarrhea. 
2. Effect on the growth of teeth and bones. Tetracycline combines with calcium after entering the organic body, depositing in teeth and bones with calcium. This drug is easy to penetrate the placenta and enter latex, so pregnant and lactant livestock and young animal is forbidden to use it. The latex from cattle using medicine can't  be put on the market

3. Liver and kidney damage. This kind of drug has toxic effects. Overdosage of tetracycline can cause severe liver damage, especially for animals with renal failure. Fatal kidney poisoning occasionally happens.  Tetracycline antibiotics can cause dosage dependency and kidney function change in many animals. Huge dosage (33mg/kg) intravenous injection of cattle can cause fatty liver and  Proximal tubule necrosis.

4. Anti-metabolic action. Tetracycline can cause azotemia, it can be worse for the existence of steroid drugs, this kind of drug can cause metabolic acid poisoning and electrolyte imbalance. 

Precautions
1. It may cause gastroenteritis in horses, use it with caution
