Tylosin Tartrate for Injection
Main composition : Tylosin tartrate  
Character: This product is light yellow powder,
pharmacologic action: Pharmacodynamic Tylostatin tartrate is a macrolide antibacterial drug, which has a strong effect on mycoplasma, and is effective against Gram-positive bacteria and some negative bacteria. The pathogenic bacteria are Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, pneumococci, Corynebacterium pyogenes, etc.
Pharmacokinetic rapid absorption by intramuscular injection. Tylosin as erythromycin widely distributed in the body after absorption, injected viscera concentration higher than internal and 2 ~ 3 times, but not easy to penetrate into the brain ridgelet, dogs and the apparent volume of distribution of 1.7 L/kg and 1.1 L/kg. The concentration of tylosin into milk is about 20% of the serum concentration. Tylostatin is excreted in urine and bile in its original form. The elimination half-life of this product is 0.9 hours in dogs and 0.95~23 hours in cattle.
drug interactions
(1) It has the same target as other macrolides and lincoamines, and should not be used at the same time. (2) The combination with B-lactam shows antagonistic effect
(3) It has the effect of inhibiting cytochrome oxidase system, and may inhibit its metabolism when combined with some drugs.
Indication : Macrolide antibiotics, mainly used in the treatment of mycoplasma and sensitive Gram-positive bacteria caused by infectious diseases.

adverse reaction
