Pharmacological action
Luteinizing hormone releasing hormone A3 belongs to hormone drugs.This product is a synthetic peptide hormone, which is an analogue of luteinizing hormone released from the hypothalamus, and has a luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating effect.It can promote the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the anterior pituitary of animals, so that the concentration of LH in plasma is significantly increased (slightly elevated FSH concentration) to promote the ovulation of ovarian follicles and ovulation.For male animals, it promotes sperm formation. Not only can the hormones synthesized by the pituitary be released immediately, but also stimulate hormone synthesis.For male animals, it promotes sperm formation.
Indication: Hormone drugs.For the treatment of cows ovulatory hysteresis, ovary static, lasting luteal, ovarian cyst and early pregnancy diagnosis: can also be used for fish induced ovulation.
Usage and dosage: Dilute water for injection or saline before use

1. Intramuscular injection: one dose, cow: 25 ug
2. Intraperitoneal injection: 2 ~ 5 ug grass carp, 3 ~ 5 ug silver carp and bighead carp.

Adverse reaction: Excessive doses may lead to failure of oxytocin, decreased maturity of broodstock, and blindness of oxytocin.
