Pharmacological action
This product is a synthetic prostaglandin F2α homologue. It has a strong luteinizing effect, which can quickly cause the corpus luteum to recede and inhibit its secretion. It also has a direct excitatory effect on uterine smooth muscle, which can cause uterine smooth muscle contraction and cervical slack. For animals with normal sexual cycles, estrus usually occurs within 2 to 5 days after treatment. A pregnant cow on the 10th to 150th day of pregnancy usually has an abortion 2 to 3 days after the injection.
Indication: Prostaglandins. It has a strong role in dissolving the corpus luteum and directly stimulating uterine smooth muscle. It is mainly used to control the cow's estrus and induce sow in pregnancy.
Usage and dosage: Intramuscular injection: one dose, 2 to 3 ml for cattle; 0.5 to 1 ml for pigs, 112 to 113 days of pregnancy.
Adverse reaction: Application of this product in late pregnancy can increase the risk of dystocia in animals and reduce the efficacy.
Cautions:

1. Animals that maintain pregnancy are disabled.
2. Induced delivery should be used 2 days before the expected date of birth. Premature use is strictly prohibited.
3. This product can induce abortion or acute bronchospasm. Be careful when using it. Pregnant women and people with asthma and other respiratory diseases should be particularly careful when handling it.
4. If occasional inhalation or injection of this product causes breathing difficulties, inhale fast-acting bronchodilators.
5. This product is easily absorbed through the skin. Wear rubber or disposable protective gloves during operation. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after operation and before drinking or eating. The product is sticky and splashed on the skin, and it should be rinsed with water immediately.
6. This product cannot be used simultaneously with antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs.
7. After this product is used up, empty bottles should be buried or burned. The waste generated by this product should be treated in approved waste treatment equipment. It is strictly prohibited to dispose of this product on the spot without dilution. Do not contaminate drinking water, feed and food.
