Main composition : Enrofloxacin Hydrochloride
Character : This product is white or off-white powder.
pharmacologic action: Quinolone antibiotics. Enrofloxacin is a bactericidal broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent for animals. Its antibacterial mechanism is the DNA rotation enzyme acting on bacteria, which interferes with the replication, transcription, repair and recombination of bacterial DNA, and bacteria can not grow and reproduce normally and die. Its effect is obviously concentration-dependent, and the best therapeutic effect can be achieved when the blood concentration is greater than 8 times MIC. It has a good effect on Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Erysipelas, Proteus, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium pyogenes, portococcus septicus, Staphylococcus aureus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc. It has a weak effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus, and a weak effect on anaerobic bacteria. It has obvious post-antibacterial effect on sensitive bacteria.
Indication : Quinolone antimicrobials. For chicken bacterial diseases and mycoplasma infection, such as chicken escherichia coli, chicken salmonellosis, chicken white dysentery, chicken pasteurellosis and chicken mycoplasma septicemia.
Usage and dosage: By this product. Mix: 0.367g for every 1L of water. Used for 5 days.
